My tale is one of gratitude and resilience. Despite hurdles along the road, we were able to accomplish something very fulfilling. This adventure began barely two years ago, with a desire to build a platform that would assist junior engineers to boost their abilities and confidence while tackling challenging codebases. Today, the organization boasts a workforce of superb engineers, like Benjamin David and Eugene Dumoga, who are continually pushing the limits of what is possible. In terms of our company's progress, the year 2022 has been nothing short of extraordinary. We've worked on several client projects and helped alter their digital products in ways that exceeded their expectations. Despite the fact that Covid-19 and market trends have had an influence on some firms, we as founders have resisted giving up our mission. Nevertheless, there have been difficulties along the way. Finding a balance between the necessity of engineering velocity and other priorities has proven to be one of the most challenging aspects of leadership. We occasionally had to make significant compromises in order to guarantee that we were catering for the demands of our customers while also upholding our commitment to excellence. Despite the difficulties we have encountered, I am grateful for my blessings. Having a staff that is always there to assist me has been one of the biggest delights of this journey, making my work as a founder easier and more enjoyable. I consider myself extremely blessed to be surrounded by such love and support. As we strive toward our objectives, recognize that we still have a long way to go. But we remain committed to taking one step at a time, knowing that this is the route that will ultimately lead us to triumph.
