She works closely with clients, designers, and developers to keep projects organised, manage expectations, coordinate deliverables, and ensure that products meet agreed requirements and quality standards. With experience across project management, client relations, operations, and quality assurance, Winnifred plays a key role in bridging the gap between client needs and the technical team. She is passionate about creating structure within projects, solving problems, and helping teams deliver meaningful digital products.
